Use the Log In page with your email and password, or choose Google sign-in if you set it up. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” link on that page to reset it.

Open the Quote Builder from the Quotes tab. Choose the customer, cake size and tiers, flavors and fillings, decorations, labor, and pricing, then review the suggested price and share the quote with your customer.

Cakesily calculates a suggested price from the ingredient costs, labor, overhead, profit margin, decorations, and other settings you enter. The suggested price is a starting point — you always review and approve the final price before sending it to your customer.

You start with a 14-day free trial — no payment method required. After the trial, Cakesily is $9.99 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. Your bakery data stays saved throughout.

Web subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the billing portal in your Cakesily account. App Store subscriptions can be canceled from your Apple ID subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

App Store subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID. To restore access, sign in to Cakesily using the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Web subscriptions are tied to your Cakesily account and are available after you sign in.

Account and data deletion happens inside the app. Sign in, open your Profile settings, and use the delete account option, then complete both confirmation steps. You can start by signing in.
